Ciao! I’m finally off to Italy for my long-awaited honeymoon. I can’t wait to start my day with a steaming caffè latte, munch on a picnic lunch of panino, prosciutto e formaggio, dine on fresh pesce e legumi, linger over a glass (or tre) of vino rosso and savor a late night gelato – fatto in casa, of course. I’ll have lots of ideas and recipes to share when I’m back in Phoenix, armed with my shiny new Italian recipe books.
But for now – I have to run out to get my Pei Wei for dinner tonight!
